The Administration, red faced as it is, blamed their failings on CIA and "faulty intel". We all know they played footloose and fancy free with the available intel in supporting their cause. If you gather all the facts together you come up with war crimes (carpet bombing, torture, illegal detention, illegal invasion, regime change, shooting civilians and babies, looting of Billions of $$$ etc., etc., etc..). I'm sure you make up some excuse for your anointed leader.
