Tabula Rasa today Tax loss sales: IVE, LOW Bought instead: VTV, HD Sold NVS (valuation, small gain) and JPM (derivative exposure). I think of redeploying the funds into CAH (defensive (?) healthcare and WFC (safe heaven (?) bank, currently on sale due to mortgage losses). I am pretty glad i don't own C any more. Borrowing for 11% and with the option to convert at almost no premium tells us how desperate C is for capital. Compare this with CIT convertible with a 7.55 interest rate and a 10-20% premium at this point (now it's much higher of course)
