Well my friend, I'm afraid I couldn't disagree with you more. Seems we have the makings of a good wager then. I say WMT outperforms IWM (the russell 2000 index) for 12 months hence, beginning with the closing price yesterday when I made my initial comment about WMT versus the market averages. I'd prefer a longer time period, but hey, one of us needs to collect on this. Are we on? Now then, the payoff is???
