Well you just gave me one of those duh type moments <g>.
I had unthinkingly assumed that when the approval was given by the shareholders that the process was (finally over). I had forgotten about the actual mechanics of the combination. How long does it usually take to actually complete the combination after it has been approved by the shareholders?

I imagine this is a question that would matter mainly to employees and to warrant holders.

I'm glad to see you're aboard with ESA-The strong hope, of course, is that it will be one of the successful ones. Marshall Reynolds has basically staked his reputation on it- and on getting the price of ESA above $8.50 to force the warrants to be exercised as quickly as feasible.

OKN looks interesting as do a few of those new powerhouse ones you've been posting about recently.
