Hassan and Rick at CSFB today:

The CSFB analyst did this as a fireside chat, no formal presentation. There was a breakout session after, hope to hear from Paul in a report this week.

- IP Voice market is gathering momentum and accelerating.

- Femtocell market begins to take off in mid-2008.

- Carriers are spending their TDM Capex dollars on IP equipment, while they said they wanted to halt TDM spending entirely a few years ago, they are now following through.

- Getting better at structuring contracts to do more Book/Ship within the same quarter.

- Did not revise or update their prior expectation to begin seeing orders from BT in Q4, with BT business moving into DR in 2008. They need to see the orders to clarify further. DT and FT are in the order book and some business from each is already in DR.

- Hassan said there is no reason the upper range of 20% in their Operating Model cannot be surpassed, but they are not revising it "just yet".

- Discussed their competitors strategies, used the term "naive" several times, basically does not feel any competitor got it right, so even those updating their strategies are many years behind.

- Rick said revenue from 75 customers, at the last CC they said 74, I am guessing this was just a mistake, I doubt he is talking about Q4 already.
