Up days like today have not been seen since 2003 (except the
Fed cut day on September, 18, which was a slightly bigger
up day). Then again, they were seen in 1998 and 1999 as well.
Then there was also one on September, 22 1987 and October, 13
1987. Stocks went pretty much downhill the next few days -g-
