My home is in Palm Beach County, coastal area so no land to speak of east. Realtor tells me there is in the entire county a 16 month supply of unsold homes. Course I dont know the location of the spread of unsold homes. Ones in my neighborhood that discounted heavily seem to have sold within 6 mos. Others that are holding onto last years prices havent moved at all. jdn
