Mana - 1. For the avoidance of doubt I am not and never have been short Q (or any other stock for that matter - I do not do short).

2. I have never told anyone that I was short because I haven't ever shorted Q or anything else.

3. I have been quite patient if furustrated from time to time but two things changed for me in the last two years. Firstly I was diadnosed with cancer last year and spent the year with surgery, chemo and radiation. This year I have spent trying to recover from the treatment. Cancer changes your view of things.

Secondly was the legal mess including Q not being able to enforce its own patents, the power patent debacle and the other three BRCM patents. Added to which was Judge Brewster report. Before I read it I thought he was biggoted but after I read it I nearly fell off my chair. I couldn't beleive that Q could get into such a mess. As for the NOK non payment and Qs seeming inability to do anything about it in a reasonable time I just do not understand.

Still despite all that I still believe in the Q. I called the business turn around correctly last year and I have said consistently this year that the business is roaring. The new products should be able to provide a good engine of growth even without NOK.

But that doesn't mean that I don't get really frustrated with the lack of progress of the stock price. I let that frustration out and moan about it. Others have called it dead money. I have not.

Best,

L
