I began to like McCain more than I did and Romney less. I thought Romney waffled too much on questions he didn't want to answer.

I thought Huckabee had one of the best performances on the CNN/Youtube debate. I especially liked his line about suggesting Hillary Clinton as one of the first people we send to Mars. IF she would go there I might even vote for her myself, but only if she promised to stay.

Giuliani has impressive credentials that he was careful to illuminate, which keeps him in my top three.

I like Fred Thompson, but I don't think he really wants the job that much. Ordinarily that would be a plus for me, but we need more energy in the Oval Office.

CNN let that retired general drone on and on about the US military being professional enough to serve with gays. I thought it was completely inappropriate, and whoever planted that guy should be ridden out of town on a rail.
