eh flo, a nj mortgage solicitor can issue loans
for a nj lender. That would be the nj state registered lender that sponsors the mortgage solicitor lisence, right? so if for example a state lisenced primerica mortgage solicitor was to operate under Real Estate Mortgage Network (REMN) remn.elliemae.net and no registration change was made with the state of nj, couldn't that be considered a fraudulent use of the nj mortgage solicitor lisence? also, a nj mortgage solicitor can not operate as a nj mortgage broker or nj mortgage banker, but those two can operate as nj mortgage solicitors, right? why did the Ny Post journalist robby boyd write about a New Jersey mortgage broker in his january 02, 2007 and january 03, 2007 articles? was that referenced New Jersey mortgage broker roddy wrote about actually lisensed as one in the state of nj when roddy wrote those articeles? was there inaccurate information published in those two january 2007 articles written by roddy that need correction?
