PS --- (Note, I have no ax to grind in this, don't even know anything about "RMF"... just trying to figure out what the question is that you are referring to....) Is THIS your question: Can you kindly tell me where you're getting your information? ('Cause, upon clicking the link you provided, that seems to be the only sentence that has a question mark behind it....) What if the guy just comes back and says: 'I get my information from the newspapers and TV, same as most folks.' And, 'I then draw my own personal conclusions about matters of competence... same as everybody else does.'? Would those be acceptable answers to your question? (PS --- as far as Rudy's alleged budgetary wizardry when Mayor of NYC... I have also heard it said that improvements in the city's budget situation were 'mainly attributable'to the financial surge of the 1990s --- which poured vastly larger amounts of tax money into the city's coffers, relatively speaking, then it even did to the federal government's accounts during that era. [So many financial firms being disproportionately located there....] And that once the boom of the 1990s came to an end, so too did NYC's 'miracle'. Although, I'll freely admit that I have only a cursory knowledge of such matters, really knowing next to nothing about the City's budget or tax base. What have you heard?)
