Example of Reverse Split

This is an example of a reverse split which was
effected today.

Spacehab is a company I like. This company does have
a lot of future potential much like our Intrepid.

Fundamentals of Spacehab are at a much higher level
than Intrepid. Inherently, Spacehab losses are much
higher as well.

Spacehab is working at remaining on the NASDAQ after
failing to meet NASDAQ listing requirements. This
morning a one for ten reverse split is effected to
cure the one dollar per share requirement. However,
Spacehab still does not meet the market capitalization
requirement of NASDAQ.

Prior to this reverse split, most recently, Spacehab
was trading at .20 to .21 per share. Spacehab should
be trading at 2.00 to 2.10 per share after the split.

As I write, Spacehab is down .16 at 1.94 per share with
a bid of 1.84 and an ask of 2.25 per share. Spacehab
is already slipping downward in share price. Spacehab
is still somewhat within an expected range but is
showing signs of slipping down in share value.

Intrepid and Spacehab share similar circumstances, not
quite the same but close enough for a comparison.

Readers might enjoy watching Spacehab, new ticker SPABD,
to develop a notion of the effect of a reverse split
upon a company with circumstances similar to our Intrepid.
