Dear SEC enforcement,

Please tell me what you will do to naked shortsellers not closing-out FTD's in accordance with newly adopted Reg-Sho... within 35 days of October 15, 2007?

Will you seek criminal prosecution for securities fraud, or counterfeitting?
Will you take away their licenses until they have covered?

How can shareholders in affected securities who have sustained tragic losses be recompensed?
Might we see a list of all hedge funds and investment banks ignoring the new ruling?
