Lender For Nov 29 News

Appears this lender referenced in today's news is

"The Industrial Development Corporation of Gooding County, Idaho"

sec.gov

During my last conversation with Steve Ellis a mention was
made by Steve of an intent by Intrepid to payoff Cornell
to eliminate the ongoing Cornell dilution.

The last funding by IDC was just over seven-million dollars
at a reasonable interest rate and time frame. No dilution
results from this type of lending.

Steve indicates Intrepid needs three-million dollars to
payoff Cornell and Intrepid wants very much to eliminate
Cornell from company books.

Today's news does seem very positive related to restructuring
of Intrepid's debt position. Clearly debt may increase, at
least a new lender but Cornell may very well be eliminated
which should allow share price to slowly move upward with
the ending of Cornell dilution.
