Both S&P and Nasdaq-100, the lows stayed above the 20 SMA. (Center of bollinger band) This is a very good sign showing stable support for the nacent uptrend.

If tomorrow opens near todays close, its safe to buy some at open.

If it opens with a up gap, follow general guidelines for playing gaps. i.e. buy if it makes a new high after 10:15 EST.
