Sure Buddy, all those departments and not a single director, budget manager, analyst or administrator raises hell about the phony charges being tacked onto their books because they were all part of the grand conspiracy orchestrated by someone "high up" (but not Rudy himself) who conspired with Rudy to hide 24/7 security expenses, even though 24/7 security expenses were approved, authorized and normal for the mayor.

Yeah, I'd say you got a little Kucinich in you. LOLOLOL.
