Mali is one of the most backward countries of (Saharan) Africa.... To be sure, Spain, Italy and all of "Old/Eastern Europe" are much more racist than France --so much so that... they don't have any nonwhite immigrants at all! Granted, both Spain and Italy, as Mediterranean countries, do have nonwhite immigrants from Africa but those can't expect the same opportunities as their luckier fellows in France.... Gus
