I asked you on several occasions which candidate wants to separate SS tax revenue from general revenue.

Seems like even if you do that, you can still portray Clinton as having "balanced the budget," though only in one year and only thanks to a dot-com bubble. Yet neither Hillary nor the Democrats want to do that. Like you, they just want to portray themselves as "fiscally responsible" by accusing the other side of being the opposite.

First rule of partisanship.
