Check out big news on DWCH -- (1) They have SOLD their Virex and NetOctopus business for $16.7m in CASH to Dr. Solomon Software, equal to appx $1.85 cash per share. (2) They have preannounced their annual revenue of $32m, or $8m for the fiscal Q4. This at least precludes fear that revenues were going to fall off a cliff.
