Some brief comments on the applications... 1) Alaska Natural Gas Development Authority: Proposes a spur line to the Anchorage area that would complement the other proposals. 2) Trans-Canada/Foothills: Proposes a pipeline to integrate with its Alberta hub. 3) AEnergia LLC: ??? Never heard of 'em. Sounds Russian or French. 4) Sinopec ZPEB: The large Chinese company. 5) Alaska Gasline Port Authority: Proposes an in-state pipeline to Valdez, with an LNG facility for export. Does not seem to have lined up a partner with deep pockets.
