Kelly not when i was in charge for a democrat mayor! like the chief of police would know if there was slow pay on expense accounts.. like the top guys, i bet he never even made one out. more likely his staff picked up all the tabs.. an audit violation if he was senior at the function, he should be getting the bills approved by next higher level of authority.. in his case the mayor. too bad the press doesn't ask the task force at the time.. some must still be there or go down to the police stations and ask around. of course that would be investigative reporting. no they ask chief of police ha
