The weekend FSO update

It was rather disappointing. They seem to have lost some of their energy because of the decline in oil and gold prices. At least that's what I felt. The energy expert Duarte was also being cautious, warning about the possibility of oil moving down or up 4-5 dollars very quickly.

I also felt they didn't effectively address the Goldman short call for gold in 2008. Nor did they say anything tangible about the dollar bear.

On the plus side, Puplava did elaborate on the reflation efforts and on how the Fed went back on its post Oct 31 nonsense about inflation and growth being balanced, and is now back to the rate-cutting mode, as he had predicted all along.
