'you can bet they're going to pass along the costs'

it would be nice if writer put some financial numbers to pass along the costs.. for example.. take total housing over the next five years.. how much would be added to each house sale in closing expenses? It's still a free a market and you shop around and check rates and closing costs.

Housing will return to the mean but the mean if put off five years from now could be a lot higher than today. You have to assume demand returns, populations continues to grow.

Again nice words of regard but no numbers put his article to let readers determine if factual statements or emotional statements.
