12 1 07 no change remain in the bond fund

The market was up last week as I expected it to be but technically damage has been done to the charts.

I have redone the charts of the funds that are available to us and color coded them, the ones that are black are in down trends, being that the blue line in now under the red line.

The ones that are blue are still in bullish up trends being that the blue line is over the red line.

Only a few weeks ago all were in bullish modes being that all had the blue line over the red lines. You may remember this if you have followed this site very long.

The majority are now in bearish modes, [the blue line has crossed under the red line] with only a few the other way around.

This has the look of a serious down move to me until this changes.

If you are involved in any on the funds that are black in color I would recommend exiting them at this time.

If you look closely the only funds that are still blue are growth funds. Value funds are out of favor. Also only Large cap and Mid cap growth funds are blue.

Stay in bonds for the time as we may get a santa claus rally in a few weeks.

I expect the markets may continue its down move later in the up coming week, but as always I want to see it on the charts.

The funds that are available to use are below and are color coded, black is bearish blue is somewhat bullish.

To review the two color lines , the blue and the red lines, called moving average lines watch and study the video below which is the basis behind our trading system.
