Action Minerals' Santa Rosa Gold/Moly project is TWO miles North.

10,560 Ft. North..............

The Santa Rosa Gold/Moly project consists of three contiguous claim groups in northern Nevada (the Cold Creek, Cold Spring and Fury Properties) which cover over 765 hectares and have good gold and molybdenum potential. The objective of the Company is to explore the Santa Rosa Property with geology, geochemistry and diamond drilling with the intent of outlining an economic gold and molybdenum resource on the property. At Present, Golden Phoenix are in production, just south of the Santa Rosa.

The Cold Creek Property is located in Humbolt County, about 110 miles north of Winemucca, Nevada. The property consists of 24 contiguous claims covering an area of 207 hectares. The claim block contains several mineralized quartz veins, which contain very strong copper staining and spotty gold values. The veins are similar in appearance and size to the molybdenum and gold bearing veins on the Ashdown Mine property, which is TWO miles to the south, operated intermittently from the 1880’s to 1942, and does not form part of this acquisition.
