The acquisitions of two companies by MIOA have been delayed, as the compensation of doctors has not been worked out. Currently, they are working on the details, and the final completion of the acquisitions will be out in several weeks or so.

I understand that current sellers are some people who bought S regulation. I heard that the management still targets the stock price at $10/share with earnings $0.50/share or more within 12 months.
