"computers have been satisfactory with little or no major problems." The timing of that experience is important to evaluate the validity of the claim. I have been involved in more than dozens of installs of servers and hundreds of clients. If your experience was while Michael was gone, then its validity in Dell reality is zero. Support during his absence was exponentially superior. "So we're paying a premium for comprehensible English. Mr. Dell still has it wrong with customer relations." He is not about providing a good experience. Dell is about providing cheap stuff to people foolish enough to believe that price does not indicate quality.
