Glad to see someone else knows what is happening here.

Yes the bid on the stock has moved from 16 cents to 34 cents since the settlement, though there has been no announcement yet by the company. The settlement was reported, however, on the website ip360law.com late last week. So it is in the public domain.

What is not in the public domain is the amount of the settlement. Any guesses? And who is next in line to be sued? What will the company do with the settlement moneys?

One great thing is that they have upwards of $18 million in Net operating losses so any monies received up to that amount will be tax-free.

On a separate set of patents, they filed suit against Juniper Networks last summer. Still, the time from suit filing to trial in the Autotrader suit was 2 years, though the Markman was at the 18 month mark.

If we could amass the numbers you are talking about, we have at least a $10 stock here, maybe more if they use some of the money to buy back stock, or less, if they are acquired early in the process buy a potential suitor, an outcome that is not far-fetched.
