There was a large demand and restricted capacity for memory chips
4 years ago. Now there seems to be tremendous capacity and the
price of chips has really fallen. The next phase of this will
be increasing demand for chips based on falling prices, but also
a shake out of weaker companies. I am very concerned for this stock,
I brought at 18 after falling from 73. There is alot of overhead
pressure to sell this stock even if the price does go up. Every one
who jumped in at 10-73 on the way down will want to sell as the price
goes up.
I am also concerned that this company will be taken over at a greatly
reduced price once their cash cushion is depleted. Hopefully the
overall market will recover after Labor Day and pull this stock up!
