wr- CIA Operation "Pliers" Uncovered in Venezuela it snot that i don't think the CIA is, or might be, doing some, or all, of these things... it's just that i can't see the CIA or any covert operatives putting all that incriminating evidence in writing, in a single document no less, for it to be intercepted or "discovered" and revealed by journalists to the international public. there would have to be a LOT of supporting evidence for me to believe this was a genuine internal CIA memorandum. for now, it will have to go into my "unsubstantiated" folder: -el dan rather
