That looks like a great appointment. I am very pleased with the way Excel has strengthened their managment team over the past several months. This has answered a lot of questions for analysts who might have otherwise thought of Excel as being unique but maybe a bit "home grown" in management style and composition. A bit of "inbreeding" and egocentricity is often the criticism of managment teams of relatively new public issues. Kenny T. has realy shown that he has the ability to get his own ego out of the way, put the interests of Excel first and lead the company. Having such a strong management team is an indication of the core driving forces that are propelling Excel. This should be a great encouragement to Excel shareholders and IRs.
