Farmstead Telephone Group is Designated a "Connecticut Technology Fast 50" Company
EAST HARTFORD, CT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 10, 1997--Farmstead Telephone Group Inc. (ASE: FTG, FTG.WS, FTG.WS.A, FTG.WS.B) has been named a member of the Connecticut Technology Council's ''Fast 50.'' The award, presented at an Oct. 9 reception, recognizes Farmstead as one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the state.
Sponsored by NASDAQ, People's Bank, The Hartford Courant, and Pullman & Comley LLC, the award program heightens awareness in the business community of Connecticut's emerging technology industry and offers CEOs a forum for technology business networking. Winners become Fast 50 Fellows and will be invited to events and programs with future years' winners. In addition, Fast 50 companies compete to become part of the National Technology Fast 500 sponsored by Deloitte & Touche LLP and Technology Transfer Business Magazine.
