No, the bulk of the NT was written in the first century. Paul's letters were written roughly 20-30 years after his death and resurrection.

If there wasn't a person named Jesus Christ as you wish to claim, there's just no way to explain the existence of the Christian religion and the NT.

Is there any physical evidence, fossil data, the burial cave, the crucifix,

Possibly but it's disputed so is inconclusive. IMO, anyway.

.. any history of his parents and most of his life?

Some - consult the NT and the early church fathers. Jesus's brothers were leaders in the church in Jerusalem.

How many people wrote of the resurrection? Where they there?.

Paul and four gospel writers, for sure. An unknown number of others who produced the non-Pauline epistles.

If you (or anyone else) are really interested, you should read Mark D. Roberts "Can We Trust the Gospels", FF Bruce "New Testament Documents : Are They Reliable?", or Richard Bauckham "Jesus and the Eyewitnesses: The Gospels as Eyewitness Testimony".

I invite you to check it out. You are obviously interested. So have the courage to really investigate the subject. Don't be chicken.
