With all this money going down the drain, I don't get where the liability ends?


It's far from over and we won't know the main bag holders for some time... although the taxpayer will probably be the main one, as usual.

Much of the money is just plain evaporating & disappearing too, not unlike the ~$6 trillion that went to money heaven during the dot com crash.
