Thanks for posting that information of Foreign currency reserves. It was very interesting. It seems to indicate that all states value all their foreign reserves in US dollars... perhaps even gold ? I can see that they're all interchangeable anyway. So it really doesn't matter much how many US dollars they hold, does it ?
