Diversity is a strength when there is a bond in principle that ties diverse groups and common good to be achieved in purpose. Basic organizational psychology notices that heterogenous groupings are inclined to innovate and solve problems but can be volatile; where as, homogeneous groups are less confrontational but can stagnate and disintegrate.

United we stand, divided we fall. You aren't going to force a one world religion, a world with no religion, blacks to be white or ME's to stop dressing modestly or in robe like attire. So, given our differences, what does unity look like. It doesn't look like the 'browning' of races predicted by some people, because we don't all choose to mix, and even if we did other distinctions would surface. It doesn't look like a dominant and stable politic to rule the world because all politics by nature require movement and change locally and globally.

It looks like human beings of all stripes united in common principles of, kindness, consideration, and positive regard from one to another, in spite of being born with a natural enmity. It not only looks like that it is a commandment in every dogma of religion and philosophy of human decency. It is reasonable and good for all things human and associated innocent creatures.
