I am not familiar with Asura, Eric. Is this a privately held company? This might initially sound crazy, but has anyone considered/experimented with a combination of solar and wind powered cars? There is a lot of air that goes in the vent in front. Cars could have redesigned fronts so the grate area was slightly larger and inside, between the grate and the engine area, wind harnessing devices to charge batteries (also charged by roof solar panels).
