If it isn't, it is fairly nearby. Thorne was in a company called "Bandit Or". The price of the stock went to near 20 bucks on the aborted dream that it might be a new Timmins Mine. An insultant from Dome Minez pee-peed all over their numbers, in that they appeared to have drilled at an angle to the strike and down dip such that the width of the vein was amplified a tad. Despite drilling a further 350 holes, the back of the horse had been broken. Not many of the further 350 holes were ever announced. There did not seem to be any point. the stock price drifted back to a couple of digits after the decimal place away from a couple in front. The "main" Lakeshore property was at that time in a company called Holmerly Gold. It was north and east of the Thorne Twp. property of Bandit Or. EC<:-}
