It is outrageous that we the tax payers have to pay for this.

Banks should be held completely liable and you and I as tax payers should have no liability. Unfortunatly the Fed thinks we should and there should be a bailout and it is simply disgusting.

Where in Paulson's plan does it say taxpayers will pay for the freeze?
