  Fremont names new management team Monday November 12, 4:36 pm ET 
  Fremont General Corp. saw a major shakeup in its management on Monday, naming five new officers, with two assuming vacated spots on the company's board of directors. Stephen H. Gordon was named as chairman and chief executive officer. Gordon was a founder of Irvine's Commercial Capital Bancorp Inc., and stayed with the company until it was purchased by Washington Mutual in 2006. 
  Joining Gordon are other former Commercial Capital managers:
  David S. DePillo, who will serve as vice chairman and president  Richard A. Sanchez, who will serve as executive vice president and chief administration officer  Thea Stuedli, who will serve as executive vice president and chief financial officer  Donald E. Royer, who will serve as executive vice president and general counsel  Gordon and DePillo have been elected to the board of directors effective immediately. They will replace Louis J. Rampino, Fremont General's former president and CEO, and Wayne R. Bailey, former executive vice president and COO.
  Santa Monica-based Fremont General (NYSE: FMT) is a financial services holding company.
