It's somewhat quiet here now, but this weekend was gastly...Our 5 year old roof had a rip in the felt under the extra heavy shingles (turns out it happened when they put the new roof on), and it rained so hard, that the hole in a special closet with all sorts of important pictures and papers had over a cup an hour leak into bowls....I was up till 1:30 Sat night with 2 gal sized bowls picking up so much water it was scary.... The roofers came Mon morning and fixed the outside....now we have to deal with the inside mess....

I can't even imagine what the folks in the counties south of us are experiencing. It's farming and flat down there, but for the main Interstate Mexico to Alaska, closed in many places, and especially down near the Chehalis area south of Olympia for about 20 miles with as high as 10 feet over the road water, you know it's pretty serious.

Where's Ray Negan when you need him?

Many of the people on the left side of the mountains are liberal in thinking, but they aren't crazy nuts like Negan waiting around for the Feds to come.

Did you all get any of the Monsoon type weather there?

Here's the latest as of a couple hours ago...
