Semco
Ultimate Surface Effects

Semco Manufacturing markets and sells custom surfacing products to high profile commercial, public and private clientèle. From the Pentagon to public schools to 5 Star resorts, their custom surfaces are noted for waterproofing qualities, cosmetic appeal and durability.

Semco's products are suited for use in highway projects, heavily used walkways, pools and extreme outdoor conditions. The company also specializes in developing decorative surface systems for floors, walls and counter tops for interior and exterior applications. Semco prides itself on delivering to its clients a stylish, one of a kind design with an elegant, enduring finish.

Semco's products reinforce the density of virtually any surface including asphalt, concrete, foam, metal, rubber, tile and wood, chemically cross linking to the material they are bonded to. Water damage costs the construction industry billions of dollars each year and Semco offers the only surface on the market which effectively eliminates absorption.

Based in Las Vegas , NV, Semco has provided environmentally-responsible surface solutions to high profile commercial, public and private clients since 1981. The company has applied custom surfaces to many of that city's most prestigious facilities including the world famous Fountains at the Bellagio, the MGM Grand and the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino.

Semco Manufacturing has offices in the U.S. , Australia , Hong Kong , Japan and Singapore. Their projects extend across the world, including the floor of the Pentagon and the Biosphere Project, where Semco provided the materials for the creation of a fully functioning indoor rain forest.

Until now, water damage has corroded the metal rebar supports which have been used in bridge construction. The combination of Plasticon's rebar supports, which are impervious to water because they are made from recycled plastic, and SEMCO's surfacing products, which completely waterproof the structure they are bonding to, is unprecedented. Plasticon is the only company in their sector that can offer a truly comprehensive waterproofing solution to the construction industry.
