Thanks Glenn - didn't mean to imply that you didn't understand and I value your post, but sometimes readers here think and I've been quoted wrongly as condemning all shorting. What I do condemn are the rules that are not followed, the rules that are archaic and rigged for the money players, the new "trusts," i.e., hedge funds and affiliated trading that our SEC trust busters are ignoring, and the hypocrisy of those who ignore scams on the short side, while tearing apart the even the remotest potential for scam with fervor.
