As I've said, Huckabee is my current favorite, but one thing I don't like about him is that he doesn't believe in evolution. What happened to Christians who could believe in the conclusions of the scientific community? I hate this new breed of bible thumper that believes in fairy tales instead of hard science. I grew up in Catholic schools with hard core priests who taught us that God gave us brains to use them and that science is one of the tools God gave us to make our lives better with. These bible belt fanatics are turning their minds away from science. Soon we'll be no better than those superstitious freaks in the Middle East that believe they'll get 72 virgins in heaven for blowing up a bus load of school children. We're becoming a country of buffoons. Are we any better than the idiot Muslims in Sudan who believed that the school teacher who allowed her students to name that Teddy Bear Mohammed, should be put to death? Sometimes I wonder.
