I am hoping that the Everstream patents amount to something but trying to read the CCUR tea leaves is tricky and often misleading. Trimm's credibility is at an all time low.

As far as I'm concerned, Trimm has NO CREDIBILITY...

In fact, what he has FAILED to do with regard to the patent auctions (or suing for infringement) borders on manipulation and fraud. They proceeded to build up the hopes of new shareholders in believing that there is value in those patents, and moreover, that they intended to unlock that value via auction, or lawsuit. They send the letters out to all the 800-pound gorillas and it would seem, have had their bluff called and the company has not properly updated shareholders on where the patent issue currently stands.

Were someone to launch a class action suit against the company's management, I would gladly sign on.
