I'm as frustrated as you are Hawkmoon but I think its premature to go the lawsuit route. While the silence is deafening, and its causing the share price to erode almost daily, these things take time.

Why I should give them the benefit of the doubt, when they have not come through on any of their boasts from the past few years, is understandably questionable.

I believe we have reached the point where the price is being pressured on 2 fronts. Those who are taking their tax losses and those who, like you, are too frustrated to wait it out.

Certainly, this is not a good situation to be in, if you are a shareholder. Over promise and under perform has been their MO for the past few years. This is where I agree with you on Trimm. The sloth's pace the company has shown with respect to their "belt tightening" is where I take the greatest issue. Last CC they pushed out the turn around until the 2nd half of 2008. If this fails to come to pass, then I totally agree that a lawsuit would be appropriate.

Shareholders have been kicked and kicked again by upper management with their lack of performance by the company. However, there may be a silver lining to this multi year cloud.

I'll wait a little longer.
