what is incredulous about the SparQ is that the cost per meg they are projecting is less than the cost for ALL major disk drive makers today, fixed or removable. in two years Syquest will have lost $500 million, will be trading at $90 per share and giving away drives like crazy attracting new inevestors all the time with new announcements. maybe they discovered that recording data on mayonaise gives you better performance at a lower cost? this is interesting.
