Here are your choices, Kenneth:

1. The Democrat controlled congress has sent many bills before George Bush and he has signed all but 5.

Or

2. The Democrat controlled Congress has only sent 5 pieces of legislation to George Bush and he has vetoed all 5.

If you select 1, George Bush is not an obstructionist. If you select 2, it proves the point that Democrat controlled congress has done nothing. Either way you lose.
