Rick, I think the discrepancy is due to NASDAQ using the shares
outstanding at the end of the last fiscal year which is 9/30/95.

Actual shares outstanding according to the companies last report:

There were 11,053,415 shares of Common Stock and 2,042,870 Redeemable
Common Stock Purchase Warrants outstanding at August 6, 1996.

Actual shares outstanding according to the companies previous report:

There were 10,132,215 shares of Common Stock and 2,042,870 Redeemable
Common Stock Purchase Warrants outstanding at April 26, 1996.

Somewhere back I saw the conversion price on PRLNW and thought about
that too. Can't find it now.
