But, you DO Nadine. Whenever they or anyone else supports your agenda. But apparently, thinking back to Iraq, THIS TIME the CIA (and all the other intel operations that combine to produce the NIE) wanted to get it RIGHT. So as not to be fall guy chumps for another "Whoops! Who knew? - Bad Intel" neocon invasion.
